all consultations are free and held virtually or by phone.
the consultation is an opportunity for us to meet each other, for you to ask any questions you may have about therapy or your therapist, and to see if we are a good fit to begin working together.

the first session is often treated as an intake session. we will discuss your reasons for coming to therapy, some of your history, and your goals for therapy.

we will not rush this process and will only go as in-depth as your are ready to.

treatment sessions can be held virtually, in-person, or by phone. we will discuss a flexible treatment plan that fits with your therapy goals.

please note there does not need to be an acute reason for attending therapy; many people are looking for relational therapy and supportive counselling. no matter the reason for coming to therapy, we are happy to meet you where you are!
